Your security is paramount. We use Stripe as our credit card payment gateway. Stripe is certified to the highest industry standards and has obtained worldwide regulatory licenses including AFSL in Australia. This means we have the best security checks in place to ensure your security is not compromised.

Privacy

Information we collect from you or that of the gift recipient will not be shared with any third parties or any unauthorised staff of Hampers Handpicked. However, we may choose to use this information to send you promotional emails or special offers.

Hamper Contents

Products included in each hamper are listed in the description however please note some hampers feature additional items for photography purposes only.

Hampers with Alcohol

Hampers Handpicked supports the responsible serving of alcohol. Hampers Handpicked is selling alcohol in accordance with the Victorian Commission for Gambling & Liquor Regulations. Please confirm when ordering hampers with alcohol you are over the age of 18 years.

Product Replacements

We always endeavour for your hamper to be sent as described however if there is a supply issue with any of the items, we will include a similar product at an equal value.

Returns

Star Track couriers will be instructed to deliver the hamper as follows:

If no one is home to receive the hamper they will look to leave in a safe place.

If there is no safe place, then Star Track will leave a card and return the hamper to the closest depot. The hamper recipient will need to liaise directly with the depot to arrange for the hamper to be redelivered.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Should your hamper arrive, and the contents have been damaged in transit then we will happily replace those particular items or arrange a credit if necessary. However, we will require photographs to be sent so that we can assess the extent of the damage and confirm how we intend to resolve the issue.

We will not replace or issue a credit for any products that has been dispatched for more than 14 days.

Credits will only be issued to the original credit card holder.

We are not able to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been handpicked and ready for collection.
